Job Description

  1. Retail & Operational Audits
    • Conduct regular audits on outlets covering cash handling, inventory control, and sales transactions.
    • Review compliance with company SOPs, financial policies, and hygiene standards.
    • Identify discrepancies or irregularities and propose effective corrective actions.
  2. Compliance & Reporting
    • Monitor operational risks and evaluate internal controls for continuous improvement.
    • Audit POS systems, e-commerce devices (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.), and daily reports for accuracy.
    • Prepare clear audit findings and present recommendations to Management.
  3. Training & Process Improvement
    • Provide feedback and guidance to outlet teams on compliance and SOP adherence.
    • Work closely with Operations and HQ departments to improve procedures and reduce errors.
    • Conduct mystery shopper checks and service observations to ensure service excellence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, auditing, or compliance roles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to travel frequently (including outstation) to conduct audits.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
