<li>Retail &amp; Operational Audits • Conduct regular audits on outlets covering cash handling, inventory control, and sales transactions. • Review compliance with company SOPs, financial policies, and hygiene standards. • Identify discrepancies or irregularities and propose effective corrective actions. </li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Reporting • Monitor operational risks and evaluate internal controls for continuous improvement. • Audit POS systems, e-commerce devices (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.), and daily reports for accuracy. • Prepare clear audit findings and present recommendations to Management. </li>
<li>Training &amp; Process Improvement • Provide feedback and guidance to outlet teams on compliance and SOP adherence. • Work closely with Operations and HQ departments to improve procedures and reduce errors. • Conduct mystery shopper checks and service observations to ensure service excellence.</li>
