Responsible for supporting daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, food quality, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day outlet operations and service activities
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily task assignments
  • Assist in staff training, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies
  • Support inventory control, stock ordering, and stocktake activities
  • Assist in cash handling, sales monitoring, and daily reports
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate and completed Typhoid Vaccination
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and service standards
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
