Job description:
Responsible for supporting daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, food quality, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Supervise day-to-day outlet operations and service activities</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met</li>
<li>Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily task assignments</li>
<li>Assist in staff training, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies</li>
<li>Support inventory control, stock ordering, and stocktake activities</li>
<li>Assist in cash handling, sales monitoring, and daily reports</li>
<li>Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations</li>
</ul>
