Job Description

Travelling is required on monthly basis with allowance given.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the in handling customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Process sales orders, issue invoices, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with client and contractor for Point of Sale Marketing (POSM)
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database and sales records.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Conduct product training at retail level nationwide
  • Prepare marketing collaterals for clients 
  • Handle after-sales service, including warranty claims, returns, and complaints.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and resellers.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Support the marketing team with promotional campaigns and sales events.
  • Ensure all sales documents and agreements are properly recorded and filed.

Job Requirements

  • Strong presentation and communication skills for training and live demonstrations.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation to conduct product training
  • Proficiency in English and Malay. Chinese is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work and travel independently
  • Dynamic and open-minded attitude 
  • Possess own vehicle
