Our Story

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<li>Plans the day to day workload, including purchase comparative analysis, the arrangement of meetings with potential supplier and contractors, updating purchasing database and retention of purchasing documentations including quotations, purchase requisitions and purchase orders.</li>
<li>Assists in the requirements and provision of specialist advice related to the Centre’s purchase of products and services, such as coordination of tender processes, selection and evaluation of contractors/suppliers,  approved supplier system and review of purchased products.</li>
<li>Plans the administration and coordination of purchasing activities, not limited to:</li>
<ol>
<li>Preparation, maintenance and follow up of purchase requisition and orders&nbsp;</li>
<li>Purchase comparative analysis, including meetings with contractors and suppliers, comparative analysis, product/services inspections upon arrival at receiving area etc.</li>
<li>Execution and Administration of tender activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously sourcing for new suppliers and products.</li>
</ol>
<li>Researching new professional, technological and market developments with respect to purchasing activities.</li>
<li>Implements administration and coordination for the following, not limited to;</li>
</ol>
<p>a) Implementation of sustainable purchasing where applicable.</p>
<p>b) Implementation and maintenance of the purchasing electronic system such as UNGERBOECK, inventory system, etc. including its upgrade and  training for the  Purchasing team members.</p>
<p>c) Conduct the purchase comparative analysis</p>
