<li>To comply on Customer Handling procedure based on PSM standard especially in reception, delivery area or any other area related with customer and technical personnel.</li>
<li>To establish and maintain good customer relations by conducting service reminder and follow up.</li>
<li>To handle telephone inquiries (eg: appointment booking etc) and assist customers accordingly.</li>
<li>To inform and promote any new product/accessories or campaign available.</li>
<li>To monitor and update Customer Request Order based on Perodua policy.</li>
<li>To assist Perodua HQ for any technical &amp; service information required.</li>
<li>To ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.</li>
<li>To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.</li>
<li>To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.</li>
</ol>
