Job Description
- Perform troubleshooting,installation,maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Any task assigned by superior from time to time.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering/ relevant certification.
- Team player with good communication skills and good command of both English and negotiation skills.
- Good follow through skills, responsible to clients' needs.
- Energetic and resourceful individuals with excellent interpersonal.
- Able to work under pressure, Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and possess good attitude.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
