Job Description

• Handle pre- and post-contract management including tender preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
   
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material estimation for earthwork and infrastructure projects.
   
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and compare pricing for cost optimization.
   
• Liaise closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project coordination and timely completion.
   
• Monitor project budgets and cost control, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
   
• Assist in preparing contract documents, bills of quantities, and progress reports.
   
• Provide support in site valuations and verification of work done for interim and final claims.
   
• Ensure all cost-related documentation is maintained accurately and in compliance with company standards.
   

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
   
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in earthwork and infrastructure projects.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (knowledge of cost estimation software such as Glodon/Cubicost is an advantage).
   
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and cost control procedures.
   
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
   
• Willing to travel or work at project sites/outstations as required.
   
• Possess own transport for site visits.
