<p>The <strong>Quantity Surveyor (M&amp;E)</strong> will manage all cost and contract functions related to project execution — ensuring cost control, accurate billing, and timely claim submissions.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li>Prepare and review cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs for M&amp;E works.</li>
<li>Manage tender submissions, variation orders, and progress claims.</li>
<li>Monitor project budgets and control costs against actual expenditure.</li>
<li>Handle subcontractor evaluation, contracts, and payment certifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with site, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure financial accuracy</li>
