Responsibilities

<li>Be outstanding at relationship building. </li>
<li>Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. </li>
<li>Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and transfer to licensed agents. </li>
<li>Maintains phone time or sales as as determined by management. Requirements </li>
<li>Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. </li>
<li>Confident, self-starter who works well independently. </li>
<li>Must be highly self-motivated. </li>
<li>Professional phone etiquette. </li>
<li>Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. </li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written </li>
