Our Values

1. Create visually appealing designs for a broad range of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital banners, infographics, email headers, landing pages, social media graphics, website elements, and training decks. 2. Collaborate with internal teams—including Campaign, Social Media, Education, and Seller Engagement—to conceptualize and produce visual content aligned with specific campaign objectives. 3. Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all seller-facing and campaign materials. 4. Support both local and regional design requests by tracking tasks and ensuring timely delivery. 5. Coordinate with fellow designers by assigning PICs (Persons-In-Charge), reviewing outputs, and maintaining design quality standards. 6. Edit and retouch images, create vector graphics and illustrations, and prepare final files for both print production and digital usage. 7. Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into the company's visual identity. 8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
