<li>Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service standards.</li>
<li>Monitor store presentation, product display, cleanliness, and stock levels.</li>
<li>Lead, guide, and motivate floor staff to meet operational and sales targets.</li>
<li>Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.</li>
<li>Coordinate stock replenishment with inventory teams and ensure accurate tagging.</li>
<li>Assist in daily opening &amp; closing procedures, reports, and store checks.</li>
<li>Support the Store Manager in driving operational improvements.</li>
</ul>
