About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Retail Sales Executive to support daily store operations, uplift customer experience, and ensure smooth coordination across assigned departments. If you enjoy retail, love solving problems on the spot, and take pride in a well-run floor, this role is for you.

 Job Scope

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor store presentation, product display, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Lead, guide, and motivate floor staff to meet operational and sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with inventory teams and ensure accurate tagging.
• Assist in daily opening & closing procedures, reports, and store checks.
• Support the Store Manager in driving operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field. 
• At least 1–2 years retail floor experience (departmental store experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Able to lead a team, stay organised, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays.
