Role Description

This is a store management role, for which you will manage a team of sale staff and promoters, drive them towards achieving sales target and KPIs set forth by the company. The Retail Manager are also expected to effectively manage the store operations not limiting to store display merchandising, inventory replenishment, executing sales promotions and promoting good customer service. You should be a current Store Manager or experienced Second In-Charge, have a strong retail background in electrical products, have the experience and leadership skills to lead, train and motivate a team of salespeople. Good understanding of retail business with proven track record in growing and managing a business.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to maximise product visibility and sales
  • Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed business decisions

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer services, high-end retail environment, electronics retail or similar capacity.
  • Passion in retail industry, good communication and leadership skills.
  • Service-oriented and hands-on person with good customer handling skills.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages / dialects spoken is a plus.
  • Independent and good team player, pleasant personality.
  • A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and netiquette.
