What you'll be doing?

• Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their needs and budget, crafting tailored design proposals and offering expert advice on products and services.
• Quotation Preparation: Create accurate and compelling quotations based on innovative design concepts.
• Customer Experience: Assist clients in the experience centre while managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, designers, and installation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Who are they looking for?

• Design Education: Individuals with a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience Level: At least 1 year of relevant experience in interior design consulting or sales. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are sufficient, with on-the-job training provided for design software tools. Proficiency in design software is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia.
