Job Scope:
E-commerce Marketing:
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update online stores on platforms like WooCommerce WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Etsy, etc including web page design, photos update, copywriting etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Constantly seek opportunities to enhance the user experience and optimize conversion rates by improving UI/UX</li>
<li>Ensure smooth ecommerce operation and proactively work with website technical team/ecommerce platform agents to address any issues with the site/platforms.</li>
<li>Create and manage regular blog posts for SEO and send targeted email newsletters to subscribers.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries across various platforms.</li>
<li>Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.</li>

Design:

<li>Design banners, posters, social media posts and ad visuals for ecommerce, marketing and social media purposes</li>
