We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment Executive with a strong focus on sales to join our team. This position is pivotal in driving student enrollment and achieving recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to students and parents regarding LSBF’s academic programmes.
• To meet enrolment targets set by management by converting leads into enrolments.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions at schools, colleges, and events.
• Organize and participate in key recruitment events, fairs, open days, and webinars.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment.
• Engage with school counselors to inform and update them about LSBF’s educational offerings.
• Actively participate in educational fairs and exhibitions to promote LSBF.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in student recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing in Education Industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
