What you will do

• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and external resources provided.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
• To be self motivated and result driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed
• To think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
• A proven track record in external recruitment or sales environment is preferred.
