Job Description

• Perform installation and setup of coffee machines and other operational equipment at outlets.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing according to schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repair works.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ad hoc repair requests.
• Replace defective parts and ensure equipment functions safely and efficiently.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and spare part inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for major repairs or technical support when necessary.
• Provide basic troubleshooting guidance to outlet staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in F&B or retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with coffee machines or beverage equipment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and mechanical systems.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
• Able to work flexible hours or respond to urgent breakdown calls.
