Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation 

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages according to brand SOP.
• Maintain consistency in coffee taste, milk texture, and drink presentation.
• Support daily calibration of grinders and espresso machines. 

Customer Service

• Greet customers and take orders professionally. 
• Provide recommendations on beverages. 
• Ensure positive customer experience. 

Bar Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. 
• Refill ingredients and ensure adequate stock for service. 
• Support smooth workflow during peak hours. 

Store Hygiene & Maintenance

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards. 
• Perform daily cleaning of coffee machines and equipment. 
• Support opening and closing duties. 

Job Requirements

• 2 years and above café barista experience 
• Passion for coffee and hospitality 
• Good teamwork and communication skills 
• Willingness to learn coffee skills 
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
