Key Responsibilities

<li>Develop visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.</li>
<li>ranslate marketing concepts and briefs into clear, engaging visual executions aligned with Luckin Coffee’s brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Design materials for both digital and offline channels, including Social media visual, in-store POSM (menu boards, posters, standees, Digital screens &amp; app visuals, Event and activation materials</li>
<li>Ensure all visual outputs maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and speed of execution in a fast-moving retail environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Operations teams to support campaign timelines.</li>
<li>Adapt and localise regional / HQ visuals to suit the Malaysia market while preserving brand integrity.</li>
<li>Prepare design files accurately for production, printing, or digital deployment.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.</li>
