Mid level full stack developer + operator

2 years exp + in web developer

Job Requirements

soft skills:

- late than standard working hours (check in for operations request every 1-2 hours up to 10pm - no need to work on new developments, only ops)

- reactive & independently handle a full stack project. ready to step up to solve problems (can solve obvious problems & questions before asking)

- proficient in AI tools to help independent-ness but need to have habit of checking work before submitting

- if required, OT to complete needed feature (rarely but disclaimer due to nature of work)

- 1-2 sync up by call / in office weekly, reports every few days by text

- good communication skills (BOLD) able to independently propose anything that will help your work, eg: new workflows, solving tech debts, purchasing a service -we value efficiency 

bonus: have some knowledge / have interest in TCG
