<li>Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars, ensuring marketing initiatives are strategically scheduled across key campaigns, product launches, recruitment, and corporate branding activities.</li>
<li>Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and customer insights through market research, competitor analysis, and performance data.</li>
<li>Develop creative marketing concepts and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.</li>

<li>Manage the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and publish content that supports overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.</li>
<li>Produce 2–3 high-quality content pieces per week, including carousel posts, Reels, Stories, and event-related content.</li>
<li>Write engaging captions and coordinate content scheduling across social media platforms.</li>
<li>Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and analytics. </li>
</ul>
Content Production &amp; Event Coverage
<ul>
<li>Plan and coordinate photo and video content for marketing campaigns, products, corporate activities, recruitment, and company events.</li>
<li>Capture on-site content during events for real-time and post-event marketing.</li>
<li>Edit video and visual content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent creative software.</li>
<li>Deliver timely event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign assets to maximise post-event engagement. </li>
</ul>

• Run integrated campaigns, manage monthly calendar, analyse results, post 2-3 socials/week.
• Support product launches, recruitment and corporate branding; collaborate across teams.
• Plan, shoot &amp; edit video for campaigns and events; deliver fast assets!
