·         Responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes and quality of NAND flash storage products (the Product)

·         Work closely with EMS factories for the manufacturing of the Product

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement and new production technologies

·         Support in the assembly, testing and evaluation of new products

·         Identify the opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

·         Demonstrate the application of problem solving, risk management, decision making and project management techniques/methodologies to achieve objectives

Job Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

·         3-5 years of proven experience as a production and/or testing engineer in an EMS factory for the Product

·         In-depth knowledge of large-scale manufacturing including processes, production systems, and quality control

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient production processes

·         Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic manufacturing environments
