You will play an important role in: ( Job Scopes/Responsibilities ):

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
• Lead and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor quality, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage sire resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays.

Job Requirements

 To be successful in this role, you would require: ( Job requirements ): 

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD or 3D design tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel at short notice as required by project needs.
• Possess own transport (car) and be willing to travel at short notice as required by project needs.
