Fintech services segment is involved in POS terminal services, third party acquiring, payment services, e-money and Mastercard card issuing, alternative financing business outsourcing services, and loyalty management services. Non-fintech services segment is involved in the software and digital security, information communications, e-commerce, and technology services. Payment services is the major contributor to the group’s total turnover and revenue.

Many people are familiar with MPay as the leading payment service provider in some of the large retail chains in Malaysia like KFC, Pizza Hut, Giant, Guardian, Mercato, Cold Storage, Sunway Group, Hero Market, etc.

<li>Provide maintenance support to users (internal and/or external) by investigating and rectifying reported cases.</li>
<li>Analyze requests for enhancements/changes and write amendment/program specifications.</li>
<li>Update/maintain systems documentation.</li>
<li>Perform and manage stages of SDLC and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager.</li>
<li>Understand the interdependencies of the services (application, systems and database) and able to pin-point problems areas accurately to improve overall efficiency.</li>
<li>Design and document systems design, architecture and propose appropriate technologies and tools required to implement systems, and ensure users sign-off on design specifications.</li>
<li>Use development tools to develop applications for better productivity.</li>
<li>Develop test cases, conduct SIT&amp;UAT. load test and tune the performance of systems to meet SLA.</li>
<li>Prepare deployment documentation to production and provide post-implementation support.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues in the work/task assigned.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards and new software or hardware solutions that may affect decisions about systems builds or enhancement.</li>
