We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all visual aspects of our brand, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our company's goals and values. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to translate their needs into compelling design solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials including digital campaigns, print materials, website assets, and more.
• Conceptualise innovative designs and develop compelling graphics and layouts for various mediums, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, websites, email marketing, and other relevant marketing platforms.
• Managing websites and social media, and responsible for any ad hoc tasks given.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
• Anyad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Open minded and adaptable to new ideas.
