- Demonstrated experience in a senior design position or a comparable role in the website design and advertising sector.
- A compelling portfolio that highlights a variety of successful advertising initiatives and projects.
- Expertise in standard design software used in the industry (such as Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional creative thinking abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary design trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
