Job Description

  • To assist for prepare tender documents, key labelling, vendor registration ,insurance procurement and claim.
  • Handling project submission to local authority and follow up / liaison with the officers for status approval.
  • Ensure business travel arrangements are managed effectively.
  • Office administrative duties including answer phones, courier, collect letter, provide clerical support on daily operation, including filing, scanning, photocopying, sort mail, relay messages, compose correspondence, and do other basic tasks common to business operations.
  • Call vendors for purchase and maintenance of company basic applicances and equipments not limit to copy machines, computers,lighting, phone, wifi, especially those working as operational usage. 
  • Restock supply closet with company uniform, printing paper, files, folders and stationaries.
  • Restock pantry and toilet supply.
  • To handle website and social media posting.
  • To assist for update and modify company system forms.
  • To assist director for claims submission.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks when required and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Self-motivated and team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, discipline, responsible and with good working attitude.
