Job Description
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage IT systems, servers, and data backup processes.
- Implement and maintain workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, Make/Integromat, AI tools).
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security.
- Monitor and ensure network performance and system reliability.
- Support the integration of new technologies, applications, and digital systems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure software license compliance.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or automation.
- Good knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system setup.
- Familiarity with automation or AI tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, ChatGPT API, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively suggest improvements.
