Job Description

  • Provide reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Responsible for submitting and managing cases in the system, following up on activations, updating the latest information in the database, ensuring cases are tracked until closure, and collecting devices and payments as required.
  • Managing, maintaining, organizing and executing an efficient documentation and filing.
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Identify computer, gadget or network equipment shortages, sourcing and place orders.
  • Ensuring company data storage is safe and secure and up to date, etc.
  • Provide consultation and solutions for customer to Digitalize their business as well as provide tracking services to customer on staff and vehicles tracking, etc.
  • Work out online marketing strategies to promote company’s products and services to the target audience via a variety of online media platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc), Google GMB, Traditional & unconventional media
  • Responsible for online communication with customers, accurate and timely accounting.
  • Create bills, invoice, reconcile accounts and related settlement activities, overdue analysis and tracking, monthly closing and balance sheet, etc.
  • To assist to seek and increase new sales opportunities through online platform and social media
  • To approach and follow up with our customer, listen to their needs and concerns, solve and provide them problem solving solutions.
  • Using (WB) to notify, service and promote new offer to our customer and latest internal notice to all employees and trainees.
  • To assist on posting job advertisements via media platforms, organizing and screening potential candidate applications forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Responsible in overall administration and proactive with good follow-up skills and organizational skills
  • To perform submission and activation for our customer, key in database and some coordination and administration related work
  • And any other duties assigned


Job Requirements

  • Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese language is Needed as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
  • Good attitude and organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Details and multi-tasking, flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Required skills: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff. Ability to deal with sensitive information.
