Job Description

Position: Administrative Executive (KL)

Job Responsibilities:

 • Handle daily administrative tasks, including document organization, filing, and meeting minutes preparation.

 • Assist in arranging meetings, managing schedules, and receiving visiting clients.

 • Manage internal departmental support work such as office supply procurement and expense reimbursement processing.

 • Complete ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Working Hours:

 • Flexible working hours 

Probation Period:

 • 3 months. Outstanding performance during probation may lead to salary adjustment upon confirmation.

Salary Range:

 • RM 2,800 – RM 5,000 per month

Location:

 • Kuala Lumpur (KL)


Job Requirements

Job Requirements: - Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with degrees in Engineering, Technology, Science, or similar technical disciplines are favored. - A strong eagerness to learn and potential for growth. Exhibits responsibility and maintains professional integrity. - Excellent logical reasoning, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Malay. Capable of conducting basic business communication in English. - A positive mindset and a proactive approach to work.
