Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and creating unique wedding and event decor concepts, conducting research and development, and producing stunning visual representations through sketches using Adobe Illustrator, Sketch Up or Procreate software.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design:
• Generate innovative and personalized wedding decoration concepts in line with client preferences, themes, and current design trends.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design proposals to present to clients.
• Research and Development:
• Stay abreast of current wedding and design trends, both globally and locally.
• Conduct research on materials, textures, and new technologies to incorporate into wedding decor designs.
• Collaborate with vendors to explore and source unique and high-quality materials for decoration elements.
• Client Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Communicate design concepts effectively, incorporating client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on design choices that align with the overall wedding theme.
• Sketching and Digital Illustration:
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator or Procreate software to create detailed sketches and digital illustrations of proposed wedding decor concepts.
• Ensure that digital representations accurately convey the intended design, color schemes, and spatial arrangements.
• Collaboration with Production Team:
• Liaise with production teams to ensure the seamless transition from concept to realization.
• Provide detailed design specifications and instructions to the production team for accurate execution.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular quality checks during the production process to ensure the final product aligns with the approved design.
• Make necessary adjustments and refinements to enhance the overall aesthetic and quality.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Possession of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Art/Design, Creative, Graphic, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the field is required. Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen ability to imagine and conceptualize innovative designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Procreate is essential. While mastery of all is not necessary, possessing additional skills will be considered an advantage.
• Hardworking, responsible, and capable of working independently to meet project deadlines.
• Strong desire to build a career in the field of design, specifically within the realm of wedding design.
• Initiative, energy, and a willingness to go above and beyond regular working hours to achieve exceptional results.
• Commitment to self-enhancement, with a focus on achieving set goals.
