Overview

We are seeking for an experienced Senior Content Creator to team lead and champion digital performance marketing creatives. This role requires one to partner with marketing and digital performance team to drive digital marketing and revenue generation for 2 brands: e'lioe and MEDICOS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Champion Content Planning & Creation:

• Plan content theme and accompanying creative assets that are fitting to bring to life proposed creative / campaign theme. 
• Lead or guide the Building of persuasive scripts and storyboards together with creative team for performance marketing ads to convert viewers into customers.
• Drive content planning & execution for social media platforms ensuring it aligns with brand voice, platform-specific best practices. 

2. Team Management & Cross Team Partnership

• Lead and mentor the creative team in executing in-house video and graphics productions
• Collaborate with marketing and digital performance team to align content strategies with campaign goals.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is one who :

1. Has at least 5 years working in this area which includes 2-3 years experience leading and guiding creative teams in delivering high-engagement content that drives measurable business results.
2. ⁠Familiar with the nature of platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, XHS, TikTok 
3. ⁠Experienced with resource and traffic planning to own the content calendar of both social media and performance marketing.
4. ⁠Flexible, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and thriving in a dynamic environment.
5. Familiarity with marketing skincare products is a plus.
