<li>Process all supplier invoices, debit and credit notes to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted.</li>
<li>Request and verify supplier statement, follow up for any discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate monthly accounts payable closing. </li>
<li>Process daily, recurring, monthly payments, reimbursement, petty cash claim as per scheduled timeline and upon request.</li>
<li>Update all payment transactions on daily basis and perform weekly bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records.</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time as assigned.</li>
