Job Description

• You will be responsible to create of our brand’s Tik Tok, Instagram and etc channels
• Work with Marketing Managers to create visually stunning and engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms, including photography, videography, and graphics.
• Propose ideas for and produce engaging video content for social media and ads
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and visual style that is consistent across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative collaterals for campaigns and promotions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into content creation strategies.
• Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to production and post-production.
• Edit and optimize visual content to ensure that it is high-quality, on-brand, and meets the needs of various marketing channels and platforms.
• Develop and manage a content creation calendar in line with the Marketing Managers’ monthly content plan to ensure that all content is published on a regular and consistent basis.
• Work closely with chefs to showcase our product offerings in a visually appealing and enticing manner.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of content across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography techniques and tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, or a related field.
•  Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the food ingredients or food industry.
•  Strong portfolio of work showcasing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
•  Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, including chefs, bakery ingredients staff, and marketing teams.
•  Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
•  A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
•  Passion for the hospitality and food industry and a creative mindset to develop innovative and compelling content.
•  Fresh graduate from bakery background are encouraged to apply.
