Job Description

 

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
  • Review and analyse monthly and year to date financial reports, including variance analysis against past performances and forecasts.
  • Ensure balances are reconciled, substantiated with supporting documents, and in compliance with Group and local finance policies.
  • Ensure finance SOPs are proper and effective. Advise on control and process excellence improvements.
  • Work closely with country CEO and cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to support business, where relevant.
  • Partnering with Group’s treasury team, liaise with bankers on treasury matters, analyse cashflows and monitor funding requirements
  • Manage and oversee audits and tax reporting to ensure timely completion
  • Provide support on ad-hoc finance special projects, where necessary.

Job Requirements

 

  • Min 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting & Planning. Exposure in audit is a must.
  • Possess a Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong university degree qualification. A member of internationally recognized accountancy qualification is a MUST, i.e. CPA, FCCA or equivalent
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills, gathering and interpreting data
  • Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to the details and result oriented
  • Able to work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday
