Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop standardized training modules, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer communication skills.
• Enhance the sales team’s overall capabilities through practical exercises, role-playing, and case studies.
• Analyze sales data to identify team weaknesses and design targeted training solutions.
• Lead the training team to achieve training objectives and regularly evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to provide timely training support and drive performance growth.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or MLM team management (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
• Proficient in modern training tools and methodologies, with strong course design and delivery capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing training outcomes through data analysis.
• Results-oriented, able to work under pressure and drive teams to achieve targets.
• Fluent in Malay, Mandarin, and English
