Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, including food and beverage pairings.
• Follow established service steps to ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Possess own transport.
• Hospitality candiadate has an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Western cuisine (training provided).
• Hospitality graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be a non-smoker.
• Able and willing to work on Weekend and Public Holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
• Must be comfortable tasting pork and other dishes as part of menu knowledge training.
