The Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef plays a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their culinary skills in a professional kitchen environment.&nbsp;

<li>Ensure the standard of procedure of kitchen are followed while preparing the products.</li>
<li>Handle cooking tasks and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.</li>
<li>Support the kitchen team in food plating and presentation.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Regularly clean kitchen equipment and utensils.</li>
<li>Help with inventory control, including stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.</li>
<li>Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
