The Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef plays a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. <li>Ensure the standard of procedure of kitchen are followed while preparing the products.</li>
<li>Handle cooking tasks and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.</li>
<li>Support the kitchen team in food plating and presentation.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Regularly clean kitchen equipment and utensils.</li>
<li>Help with inventory control, including stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.</li>
<li>Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.</li>
