<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To ensure the manufacturing process are meeting the QC specifications as per ISO 9001 requirements.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To liaise with Production, R&amp;D, Engineering and Product QA on improvement activities.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To lead improvements activities.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To inculcate quality awareness among workers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To seek new in-process testing &amp; methods to improve products quality, minimise process rejection &amp; scraps.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Involved in ISO 9001 audit team/auditing process.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and monitoring all inspection (incoming, in process and outgoing QC Inspection)</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To conduct and to do improvement in quality matters (supplier, process and customer complaints)</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Process improvement and reviewable the daily rejection with counter measure and preventive action.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and compile quality report on monthly basis.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible to verified all the quality reports and documents.</li>
</ol>
