About the Role:

• We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control/Quality Assurance Executive to be stationed at our supplier’s factory in Malaysia. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before shipment. You’ll work independently on-site, conduct inspections, and report directly to our HQ team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections and tests throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company specifications.
• Compile and submit detailed QA/QC reports to HQ regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformities.
• Serve as the primary liaison for quality-related matters between the supplier and HQ.
• Manage daily QA/QC tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in both English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required for liaising with local and overseas teams).
• Willing to attend a one-week training program in China (travel expenses covered).
• Willing to travel occasionally to Penang to visit the supplier's factory.
