Job Description

• Monitor and patrol resort premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or safety hazards. 
• Control access points by verifying staff, guests, and visitors entering and exiting the resort. 
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in a calm and professional manner. 
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily security logs. 
• Ensure compliance with resort security policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 
• Assist in crowd control during events, peak seasons, or special activities. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest safety. 
• Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment. 
• Provide assistance and directions to guests when needed, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. 
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address potential risks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
• Prior experience in security, hospitality, or related field is an advantage. 
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods. 
• Good observation and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong integrity and sense of responsibility. 
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response. 
• Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
