IT Technical & Hardware Support

Provide technical customer support and answer inquiries through Livechat whatsapp and email particularly for IT Peripherals Products.

Manage the return process for items including obtaining Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) from suppliers.

Assess returned/refunded items on various platforms and take appropriate action in cases of loss such as making compensation claims or resolving disputes.

Maintain daily monitoring of return and refund procedures adhering to the respective store's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of hours.

Receive and dispatch RMA items to end-users.

Configure new staff PCs including setting up NAS email and other necessary components.

Troubleshoot issues with company laptops and PCs including email administration.

Procurement Support

Generate Purchase Orders (PO) & Purchase Invoice Key in for necessary items

Manage stock including organizing incoming and outgoing stock arrangements.

Monitor stock levels on the store platform and track aging stock in the warehouse.

Review daily store fulfilment operations to ensure accurate and timely order completion.

Liaison with partners for stock fulfilment (Viewnet and etc)

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Experienced in general IT Hardware trouble-shooting is an added advantage
• Having a diploma in related field is an added advantage
• Able to multi-task and work under tight timeline
