Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking for an exceptional Bookkeeper who is able to work around the US time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li><ins>Commission Tracking</ins>: Accurately record and track commissions received from insurance companies, ensuring that all incoming commissions are properly recorded and reconciled.</li>
<li><ins>Data Entry</ins>: Enter commission data into our Customer Service Representative (CSR) system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.</li>
<li><ins>Commission Payouts</ins>: Manage the process of commission payouts to agents and brokers, making certain that payments are timely and aligned with contractual agreements.</li>
<li><ins>Financial Reconciliation</ins>: Regularly reconcile commission data with our financial records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.</li>
<li><ins>Reporting</ins>: Generate comprehensive reports on commission data, business performance, and financial metrics, providing valuable insights to management for informed decision-making.</li>
<li><ins>Process Enhancement</ins>: Identify opportunities to streamline commission tracking processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency within the financial operations.</li>

Do note that working hours are 9pm - 6am / 10pm - 7am [Malaysia Time].
