<li>Strong local vendor relationship, can leverage external resources to accomplish admin needs.</li>
<li>Able to think and plan from an international view, collaborate with different country's admin to accomplish projects together to meet the needs of different stakeholders. Able to make significant changes on a monthly basis.</li>
