Key Responsibilities

- Performance Tracking & Analysis

- Optimisation & Scaling
- Continuously optimise campaigns for better performance
- Test creatives, audiences and strategies
- Recommend scaling strategies based on results
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the Content Executive on creatives
- Align with the Marketing Lead on strategy and direction
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
