About Muji 

History MUJI products were developed as low-priced, quality goods under the slogan, "Lower priced for a reason." In 1980, based on its experience of in-house product development with its former parent company, Seiyu, Ltd, Ryohin Keikaku launched MUJI as the brand designed with a no-brand concept. The basic concept of its product development was to manufacture really well designed essential items for daily living. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part Time Retail Assistant to join our team at our retail outlet in Aeon Tebrau City. As a Retail Assistant (Part Time), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in locating products, achieving sales targets, managing inventory levels, maintaining the retail outlet and storeroom cleanliness, performing POS and cashiering transactions accurately. Your contribution to achieving sales targets through active participation in promotional events and campaigns is essential.

Responsibilities:

<li>Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Assist customers in locating products within the store.</li>
<li>Answer customer questions regarding product features, prices, and availability accurately.</li>
<li>Achieve assigned sales targets by actively promoting products to customers.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels regularly and inform the supervisor about any shortages or overstocks.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of the retail outlet by organizing shelves, dusting displays, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure proper housekeeping of the storeroom for efficient inventory management.</li>
<li>Perform Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately while handling cash or credit/debit card payments.</li>
<li>Provide correct change to customers during cash transactions.</li>
<li>Contribute actively to achieve sales targets by participating in promotional events and campaigns.</li>
