<li>Support the sales team by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.</li>
<li>Manage and update the company's social media platforms with engaging content, including photo and video edits, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to address inquiries and provide support.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, leveraging market research findings to maximize impact.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including data entry, report generation, and coordination of marketing events.</li>
