Job Description
We build best in class loyalty program for brick and mortar businesses. Some of our clients that you may know are TGI Fridays, Carl's Jr, Me'nate Steak Hub, Bai Wei Mini Bowl, Super Saigon and more.
What will you do:
- Account setup
- On-site staff training for our merchant's team (requires your own car)
- Monitor merchant's usage and proactively assist
- Managing inventory of hardware
- Assiting with day to day support requests
Job Requirements
- Possesses own transport
- Willingness to learn and work (10-7PM, weekdays only)
- Willingness to excel and bring added value to the team
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus (not a requirement)
