We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Outlet Operations to be the operational heartbeat and brand custodian across all locations. This role is critical for standardizing our exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring brand image consistency across the entire chain.

Own the overall financial health of all branches. Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer spend, analyze sales trends, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

Operational Standardization

Develop, implement, and rigorously audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house service, cash handling, and overall restaurant flow, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and consistency.

Brand &amp; Customer Experience

Establish and enforce exceptional service standards. Oversee reputation management (online reviews, social media feedback), and ensure every outlet maintains the brand's premium ambiance and cleanliness standards.
